Hello again, I'm glad to be back. I wasn't being a snob, I just had to prepare my classroom, forum, build some sites and blogs for examples, all sorts of exciting things. I even got to form a business connection with Bill Ortell, the "All Things Web 2.0 Guy" and creator of Quick Web Creations which has saved me from having to hire expensive graphics artists for my branding of "Web 2.0 Empire".

I actually came in here because I created a "web
2.0 empire"
blueprint over the past year simply because the strategies that were being taught, and still are,are not producing the same results.

I wanted to share with you what has been the most amazing and profitable time I've ever seen. I struggled plenty for almost 2 long years.

The Internet is changing. I dropped in hoping to catch that man or woman who was here trying to be innovative or break the rules. Someone who sees that it's time for a strategy change.

Why?

Well, I NEVER promote my company or anything else in a community setting like this and that has been one of the main reasons I have finally found success and have people seeking me instead of chasing them after almost 2 years of learning and struggling prior to this past year. That's when I abandoned all forms of "pitching" my business.

So how do I get anyone to join me?

I don't bother wasting my time trying to sell a network marketing opportunity in a sea of network marketing opportunities. We all think that ours is the one that has all the right stuff to make us rich. But let's be realistic and honest here, we are supposed to be professionals.

They all are pretty much the same thing until you add the right network marketer to the equation. Successful network marketers know the key to the secret of this thing, right?

It's the leaders. Those who aren't afraid to stand up and say it like it really is. I know you're out there.

This unexpected chance for my 15 minutes of fame has already brought me some awesome people. I want more. I want to connect with as many people as possible who aren't afraid to try something that people may think is silly or crazy, because YOU know it's a great idea.

It wouldn't be such an urgent task to gather up some "rule breakers" if the goofy stuff they teach in the "universal guide to being the most irritating MLM marketer you can be." But by all means, if you've found some pool of prospects who actually eat it up when you shove all kinds of noise at them, go for it.

The rest of us are going to be out there attracting budding leaders who are serious and aren't opportunity-seekers but creators of opportunity. Have fun at your pitch party.

Your prospects are looking for someone who has something that they are attracted to, both in the form of the MLM and you as a leader, everything you have ever dreamed of. How YOUR MLM is so wonderful that people are lining up for it.

I'll gladly listen to the arguements about how your MLM is so cool that you have to fight them off with a stick, while I nod my head and listen.

But I know better because I've been there and I know it doesn't matter much what you're promoting. It matters what you bring to the table to give to the brand new home business hopeful who thinks that you are going to hand them the keys to all they ever dreamed of.

I'm not asking you to stop what it is you're doing. I'm simply offering you another way if you are willing to be honest with yourself and admit that what you're doing right now, because it is what you were taught, is not working.'ll

I'll be out there simply having my prospects contact me when the time is right when you're ready to join the web 2.0 party, we'll still be doing our silly "attraction marketing" and self-branding thing.

Not brand my company? Preposterous.

Actually, it's not. I had one of my subscribers call me today and say he was blown away by an email I had sent.He said he looked everywhere for a "buy it now button" or some sort of logo for an MLM, anything like that and he couldn't find one. Did I sell anything?

See, what I have set up doesn't need to have my MLM all over it because that would make it a different website. The the websites, blogs, profiles, and other forms of content marketing as well as my shared videos are free from the pressure of wondering whether or not they should contact me about the things I share online . They don't see anything that's threatening in case they just want to look around.

Now they are free to just soak up all the free experience I've shared without feeling pressured to hear about an opportunity. The way it looks, this weird girl just puts up websites just to give away free stuff? No, that can't be right. Why would anyone do that? Maybe I better contact her and find out what's going on.

And then what do you think they ask me about then?

You guessed it. I tell them all about some video branding tools that they can use in conjunction with any sort of business because the logos and links are all customizable

I was just ASKED to share my opportunity with them. They're relaxed, their guard is down. It was they're idea, not mine.

Pretty sneaky, huh?

All I did one day is realize that I was chosen to help people do things that are hard to learn about this Internet business thing. The kinds of things a single mom would have to learn so she could build her web presence DIY style to save money.

As soon as I started to fill everything up with articles and video tutorials and links to neat free tools you may not have stumbled across, it was all smooth sailing from there. It's all very strange but it makes perfect sense when you think about it.

Oh, I almost forgot. You're gonna want it easily duplicated. No problem. My videos and my course material teach my team how to do all of the things that they need to do plus I'm teaching live as well. I teach them down to the nitty gritty details and they know how and why they just did something. They are perfectly capable of then teaching their downline as well.

.After my upline fed me to the wolves, I knew I needed to figure some things out. I wasn't comfortable just telling my new business partners "good luck, hope you make it back in one piece."

I thought it was time to break the cycle of neglect. In Richard Kall's "The Book On Network Marketing" he goes to great lengths to explain why it is so important to provide leadership to your upline. How else do you expect them to accomplish anything.

So, if you ever feel like you're ready to try something different, come build a web 2.0 empire with us. My Portfolio on My Space will give you links to all of my websites, blogs, my You Tube channel, and wherever you can just chill out anfd learn some stuff and the MLM monster can't come.

The "Social Media Marketing Academy" won't be ready until late summer but I also am building some cool places where everyone can hang out and learn things. In fact, the SMMA forum is finished with the topic board setup, I think so anyway and it's open to anyone.

In the meantime, the class is always open for my own VM team members and they get it all including the written course modules, the video files, and lifetime membership (unless you just quit) to the membership site where the classroom is located.

Is there a bit of work involved in this "Web 2.0 Empire" thing?

Sure there is, don't you work now? That part won't ever go away.

But there's nothing hard about it. I think it's fun because you get to create and design, you get to write however you want to write because this is YOUR branding

At least already did all the work with testing it and creating a way to connect everything and make it work like a little clone of you while you're living life. I did NOT say automated system. You can't build relationships on autopilot. I actually saw this absurd claim somewhere recently. Something about web 2.0 autopilot system or some such term that can't exist in real life.

I simply want to share it now and build a fierce team

I didn't only do this for me, or even mostly for me except as a personal branding and increased visibility thing. I did it for the next leaders who come into my crew and my ever growing little community of network marketers whose company you will never know unless it's s asked that they share it.

My students know that it's their own value and personality who brings them in, not all the neato stuff in the pitch, the comp plan, or fancy words like "matrix."

It all looks the same from the outside, it's leadership that they seek. That I promise you.

Do you do any capital investments or just the internet thingy?

I pretty much just do it all online because my products and services are Internet based things. Video and online learning.
