Having fun living in the Now!
It is a terrible weather up here in Sortland now. It's been like this for 3-4 weeks.
Rain and strong winds. It is saturday and I went on a little mountain trip with my son Johnny. He is 5 years old. After walking for like 45 minutes we decided to find a place inside a forrest, under some big trees.
It was not before I got home sitting down in my TV chair, watching some soccer, I realised that I had been living in the NOW during our 2 hour trip. We had fun sitting down, he was drinking some juice and me some coffee. Homemade cookies was nice too. We had each our knife making sticks for later use barbequing hotdogs.
Having fun and living in the now, that is really two things i try to make happend as often as possible. I don't think I do it often enough, but it really gives me a good feeling when I realise I have done so.
No past, no present, just having fun in the now.
